Humber Real Estate Exam Results: When & How to Check

Just finished your Humber real estate exam? Here's everything you need to know about when and how to get your results.

When Do Results Come Out?

Humber College typically releases real estate exam results within 5-10 business days after your exam date. During peak exam periods (September-January), results may take slightly longer due to higher volume.

How to Check Your Results

1. Log into your Humber College student portal
2. Navigate to your course dashboard
3. Check the grades section for your exam score
4. You'll also receive an email notification when results are posted

Understanding Your Score

• 75% or higher — You passed. You can proceed to the next course or simulation.
• Below 75% — You did not pass. You can retake the exam in the next available session.

What If You Fail?

Failing is not the end. Here's what to do:

1. Don't panic — Many successful realtors didn't pass every exam on the first try
2. Review what went wrong — Were you underprepared, or did you struggle with time management?
3. Register for the next exam session — You can retake as soon as the next session is available
4. Adjust your study strategy — Consider using a study guide to focus your review on the areas you struggled with

After You Pass All Exams

Once you've passed all 4 courses and both simulations, your next steps are:

1. Apply to RECO for salesperson registration
2. Find a brokerage to sponsor you
3. Complete your criminal background check
4. Pay registration fees and insurance
5. Start your career as a licensed real estate salesperson
